Recruit and Time Rules	Added a scroll bar on the Recruit pop-up Fixed the Cookies options at the bottom of the pop-up. Fixed the resizing issues on the Time Rules pop-up.
Staffology Payroll	We have resolved an issue with deleted pay elements including in the sync between HR and payroll.
P60s	We have fixed an issue with employees' addresses not aligning properly on P60s.
Establishment Headcount report	We have fixed the access error message displayed for Set Right admins when running the Establishment Headcount by... report and grouping by Employee Type.
Financial Year Holiday Analysis report	The report drop-down options now display correctly.

Company Handbook	Fixed an issue when adding a Where Clause Allows you filter records using a specific criteria. to a menu in the Company Handbook and employees not included in the clause could view file titles.
Kudos	Fixed the Date To field to ensure it defaults to today's date.

Audit	Fixed an issue with incorrect information displaying in the User column of the Audit.
Create a Time Type	Type 4 lookups now display the options linked to Type 3 when adding a secondary time entry.
Multi-stage Approval overview	Fixed an issue with the Request/Approval route when multi-stage is enabled for absences When an employee or worker is absent from work. This can be for a variety of reasons..

P60s/P11D	Fixed an issue with P60s/P11Ds incorrectly displaying in the Documents tab.
Create a Where Clause using the Builder	Fixed an issue with no drop-down options displaying under Value in the builder when an employee has Set Rights Set Rights are the system permissions you allocate to employees to control the information available to a user about other employees. (Hide) selected in their Set Rights.
Working with Where Clauses	Fixed an error when using the Company Director field in a Where Clause.
Working with Form Builder	Fixed an error when running a Forms report with a report filter on the Date field.
Update Username pop-up	The Update Username pop-up now shows for employees who do not have edit access to the Personal tab.

Book an Absence - Standard Work Pattern	Pending absences now show the correct time.

Working with Mail Merge	Fixed a document formatting issue when running a Mail Merge with a Word processor output format and selecting the Employee checkbox.
Working with Expenses	Fixed an error when importing an expense csv file.
Working with Staffology Payroll	Fixed an error when expanding the date range in Payroll > Documents.
Working with the Employee Selector	Fixed an issue when building and applying a Where Clause and no result displayed.
Create a Group Absence When an employee or worker is absent from work. This can be for a variety of reasons. Calendar	The Role filter now works as expected in the absence calendar.
From Builder	Approvers can now Save and Submit a form when viewing it in full-screen.
Home screen overview/What's on screen - Home	Fixed a resizing issue on the Tasks pop-up.
Set up your System - Foundation	Resolved an issue with Save & Continue disabling when completing the set up.

Absences/Expense/Time	Approving an absence, expense or time request via email no longer gives an error.
Working with Staffology Payroll	This issue with users being unable to view payslips from Staffology Payroll is now resolved.

Bug Fixes

We aim to keep system bugs to a minimum and to fix them as quickly as possible. This release includes fixes for the bugs listed in this table:

Working with Absence Types and Reasons	Fixed an issue where the Remaining (Including Pending) field displayed the total of all pending absences instead of only the remaining/pending holiday absences.
Get started with Position Management	Fixed an issue with profile pictures not loading. Fixed a display issue on the Position Management table.
Assign a Position to an employee	Fixed an issue when creating an Assignment, and the length of service figure did not calculate correctly.

Pending Absence Approval	The Company field now displays the correct information in Pending Absence Approval emails.
Create a Form/Multi-step Form	The file upload option now displays when selecting Save & Submit.
System Configuration	The system now saves information entered into the Absence Approval BCC field.
Multi-stage Approval overview	Resolved an error when attempting to activate multi-stage approval.
Working with Quick Queries	Read-only Employee number now includes in Quick Queries and the Field Selector.
Working with Absence Types and Reasons	The Absence Type of Other now displays correctly when selected as Sensitive.
Get started with the Staffology Payroll integration	Fixed an issue when re-linking a company and the Data Checker did not detect errors during the sync.
Get started with Position Management	We have fixed the issue where multiple records displayed in the Audit > Change column. Admins and employees now only receive one email notification when an Assignment is due to expire.
