Taxable Termination pay above £30,000 is now displayed in the correct section on the pay run and FPS Full Payment Submission is an RTI online submission to be sent on or before each payday. This informs HMRC about the payments and deductions for each employee..

If you use My ePay Window, you can now schedule when the payslips are sent to the employee.

You have the option to choose from:

Release when finalised: Automatically submit payslips for processing when a pay run is finalised.

Days before Pay day:Choose 0 > -5 days before pay day. (0 is pay day, -1 is 1 day before pay day etc.).

Working/Calendar Days: The payslips are sent after checking if the date is a working or calendar day. The payslips will always be sent on or before the pay date.
Release Time: Send the payslips at a specific time. Enter in 24-hour format. HH:MM:SS.
The payroll must be finalised to send the payslips.

You can now pay statutory neonatal care pay (SNCP). Read more about SNCP eligibility.

Following the introduction of the Neonatal Care (Leave and Pay) Act 2023, employees with a parental or other personal relationship with a baby who is receiving neonatal care can take up to 12 weeks of paid leave which, subject to meeting the relevant criteria, will be paid at the statutory rate.
This includes a minimum entitlement of one week, in addition to other leave entitlements such as maternity, paternity, adoption and shared parental leave A scheme that allows parents to share up to 50 weeks of leave and up to 37 weeks of pay after their baby is born or adopted.. SNCP applies to employees in England, Scotland and Wales, but not currently Northern Ireland.
