Changes to report APIs
We are making changes to how Staffology Payroll generates reports and documents, such as P60s, P45s, and so on.
Some API endpoints will change as part of this work. If you use the APIs to access reports, you may need to update your systems.
Full details, including which endpoints are affected and when they are changing, will be published on this Coming Soon page, and in What's new when released. We will also send an email confirming the details with at least 3 months' notice to give you time to make any updates.
Enhanced Pay Run Import Details
A detailed breakdown for pay run data either imported directly into Staffology Payroll or using the API will be available.
This includes:
- The total number of rows processed, with how many were successful and rejected.
- The totals per pay code in the file or API call.
- A time stamp to confirm when the import ran.
For rejected rows, the information about what caused the errors can be reviewed. The error messages are designed to help you resolve the issues.
If using the API call, import results will be retrievable from a new endpoint, with a CSV export of errors.
