Working with the Org Chart
To utilise the Org Chart's features, you must set up your employee records first, starting with completing the My Details tabs and fields included in this table:

Add Assignment
The positions must be linked to their position manager.

The fields in the Personal, Contract, Document, and Assignments tabs are dynamic. So if you update the fields in these tabs, the Org Chart also updates to reflect these changes.

The link between My Line Manager and the Position Manager creates the hierarchy.
