Introduction

These release notes provide information about new features and enhancements in our mobile app, listed by change reason.

All new features and enhancements arise from feedback and suggestions from customers.

Staffology HR mobile Version 1.2

This release includes the following:

• You can now tap in/out of the app, allowing you to record your hours worked (provided you have this feature enabled in your system).

• You can now create time and expense entries in the app.

• To protect your personal data, the app now signs you out after 10 minutes of inactivity.

This release includes the following for employees and line managers:

• View the handbook

• Open a read & accept document

• Create a self-certify sickness request

Line manager features

• Approve a time or expense entry

The new Staffology HR app includes features for employees and line managers:

Employee features

• Create and submit absence requests.

• Update personal information.

• Give Kudos to colleagues.

• View and filter the Directory. Refer to View and filter the Directory - manager if you are a manager.

• View payslips (if your system is linked to payroll).

Line manager features

• Approve absence requests.

• Send Broadcast Emails and other Communications.
