• Remove employees from pay run: Able to remove a single employee from a payrun.

• Restart pay run for employee: Able to restart the pay run for a single employee to remove any variable payments added.

• Schedule payslip A statement provided by an employer to an employee, detailing their wages, deductions, and net pay for a specific pay period.This is a legal requirement under the employment rights act and should be received on or before the pay date. sending: Able to delay sending payslip to employees so pay runs can be done earlier. For more details see Emailed payslips.

• Opening balance for Employment Allowance A scheme where a business can claim a reduction in the amount of employer's National Insurance contributions (NICs) they have to pay.: Add the balance of the Employment Allowance claimed for the tax year to date when transferring the payroll to Staffology Payroll in the middle of the tax year.

• Updated NI YTD The cumulative amount of an employee's earnings or deductions from the beginning of the current fiscal year up to the current pay period. screen: Able to view the Brought Forward and the This Period figures on the Year-To-Date screen.

• Audit trail improvements: 
  • Run a report to view an audit trail for all employees.
  • View any AEO A legal order that requires an employer to deduct money from an employee's to pay a debt that they owe. Payee change within Employee audit trail.

• Employee YTD updates: Added new fields to the Employee Year-to-Date screen, including wording changes additional fields:

• Health & Social Care Levy message: Removed message on payslips regarding a pay date after November 5, 2022. For more details on the recent ch anges, see New updates to NI and the Health and Social Care Levy.

• Pensions
  • Scottish Widows Pension improvements: Able to export files for Scottish Windows pension scheme.

  • Aviva Pension improvements: Able to export files for Aviva pension schemes.

• Statutory Parental Pay improvements: Able to pay Statutory Parental Pay in full weeks or days. Find out more about Recording leave.

• Mini-budget NI updates: Updated the NI calculations and calculated message to align with new legislation changing 6 November 2022. Find out more here.

• Pay run change improvements: Able to fetch permanent employee pay changes into an open pay run whilst keeping variable changes already added.

• Pay run warning: Able to define and configure which warnings appear while completing a pay run. Find out more at Pay run warnings.

• Import updates: Able to update an employee's department by the existing employee import so you can change departments for lots of employees at once.
