Assign an appraisal to an individual employee
Search for the employee in Directories

Sign in to Staffology HR.

Go to Directories, search for the required employee and select their record.

Choose Edit.
You can also select the Edit icon displayed on the employee's name:
Choose the Perform tab

Select Perform .
As the system admin, you should have access to the employee’s Perform tab, but if you do not, check you have the appropriate Set Rights permissions to access employees' Perform tabs.
To do this:

Go to your My Details.

Select Actions > Set Rights Set Rights are the system permissions you allocate to employees to control the information available to a user about other employees..
Your Set Rights screen opens.

Select Advanced.

In the Team Rights section > Perform column, select the View, Create, Modify, and Delete checkboxes to complete these actions in the employee's Perform tab.

Select Save and navigate back to the employee's record to access their Perform tab.
Assign the template

From the dropdown menu at the right-hand side of the screen, select the template you want to assign.

Select Create New to add an entry for the new appraisal.
You have successfully assigned the appraisal to the employee.

If required, select the options displayed on the appraisal record entry as described in this table:

Request additional feedback from colleagues .Select the Additional Feedback Providers (AFP) symbol and choose the name of each feedback provider from the list.This generates:-
An email.

A request that is visible to the provider in the Pending Requests section of their homepage.
Only line managers and Set Rights users can send an AFP request.
Framework
Personalise the appraisal for the employee. Select any framework item to amend and make any changes on the screen displayed.Changes made here do not affect the original template.
Printer Friendly
Create a printer-friendly version of the appraisal.Magnifying Glass symbol
Update the Alias Name of the appraisal (for example, to include the current year) and add dates.Bin symbol
Delete the appraisal entry.This option is only available if selecting the Delete option in Set Rights. -
