An overview of Set Rights.

A definition of Set Rights

Set Rights are the permissions you allocate to employees to control:

  • Whose records they can see in the system (‘who’).

  • The information they can see in those records (‘what’).

Default rights for all employees

As standard, all new employees added into the system receive default Set Rights, including access to:

Employees cannot access the Group Absence Calendar unless you create a Team Where Clause Allows you filter records using a specific criteria. for them.
