National minimum wage and national living wage
Our minimum wage feature makes it easy to ensure increases to the minimum wage amounts are not missed, either due to annual increases or employees changing status or age.
When setting the payment amount, you can choose to pay an hourly rate and then select the checkbox that appears to pay the minimum wage.
If you select this box, you can not set an hourly rate. Instead, we check employees' ages at the start of each pay run and set the hourly rates accordingly.
We also track the change in minimum wage every tax year and will automatically increase the rate paid.
