P11

The P11 A P11 (standing for Paper form No. 11) used to be posted to employers and hand written for each employee. This was used before computerized payroll. A P11 is used throughout the industry and usually contains similar information. It usually contains the taxable earnings, tax paid, National Insurance breakdown as well as statutory payments. It may also contain additions and deductions. (not to be confused with a P11D Car). is a standard way of recording payroll information about an employee.

  1. Open the required company.

  2. Go to Employees.

  3. Select the required employee.

  4. Select More.

  5. Select P11. The P11 record appears for the current year.

  6. To choose a different year, select Tax Year.

  7. To change the employee, enter the employee name in the Employee search box and select the search icon.

  8. Select Preview P11 to refresh after making selections.

  9. To save a copy of the P11 report, go to Download as... and select PDF or CSV.

    You save a copy of the report by going to Download as... and selecting PDF or CSV.
