Delete employee

Delete employee, removes the employee and all historic information from the payroll.

This can not be reversed.

  1. Open the required company.

  2. Go to Employees.

  3. Select the required employee.

  4. Select More

  5. Select Delete Employee.

    Select More > Delete Employee

  6. Select Delete employee at the confirmation message.

    This can not be reversed.

    Select Delete employee at the confirmation message.

Good to know...

Normally, an employee should not be deleted. The most common reasons to delete an employee are:

  • Employee didn’t start work.

  • The company is new and an employee was created in error.

If you link to HR, the record will not be deleted in HR.
