If you haven’t received your password reset email:

  • Wait! While the email is usually received within a minute or two, it may be in a queue waiting its turn while you keep clicking the check for new email button. Wait 10-15 minutes.

  • It may have been convicted of a crime it didn't commit and be flagged as spam or junk. Check your spam or junk folders. It may have been incorrectly flagged.

    Some organisations hold potential spam email for manual review. This could be with a message for you to release or approve or by an IT administrator.

  • The next step is to contact your regular support provider.
