Change owner

Only owners of an employer can remove other users and manage the billing. If you are the owner of an employer, you can transfer ownership to another user.

To change an owner:

  1. Invite the new owner

  2. Assign them the Admin role.

  3. Once they accept your invite, they are listed on the Users page.

  4. Select Change Ownership, choose the new owner and select to confirm.

    The selected user is now the owner of the account.
