Mail logs

All emails sent on your behalf are logged so that you can confirm they are sent or diagnose any problems.

To view an email log

  1. Go to the employer and choose Settings and then Mail Logs.

    All emails that we’ve attempted to send are listed here.

  2. Select any entry to view the content of the email and any attachments.

  3. If there is a problem sending an email, the error details display here.

  4. After resolving any issues, select the email and choose to resend email, if required.
