You can opt your payroll companies in or out of the Employee verification connector process. The Employee Verification Connector Management Dashboard is enabled by default for Payroll Administrators.

If you choose to opt out an employer, the data is deleted from the platform and the online verification cannot be used.

If an employer chooses to opt a company from Experian and Equifax, during an application process the employee is required to provide their data to the financial service provider using other methods.

To opt your payroll companies in or out of the Employee Verification Connector:

  1. Go to Payroll > Maintenance > Application Data.

  2. Open Employee Verification Connector Management Dashboard.

  3. Select Edit next to the company you want to remove from the process.

  4. On the pop-up select Opt-out to remove the company from the Employee Verification Connector process.

  5. Select Save.
