EVC Settings

The Employer Verification (EVC) settings in the employee record, allow you to:

  • Exercise Right To Restrict: Stop sending information about this employee to EVC.

  • Exercise Right To Delete: Request EVC to delete all data about this employee.

  • Send a Subject Access Request: Send a SAR for this employee to EVC.

  1. Open the required company.

  2. Go to Employees.

  3. Select the required employee.

  4. Select More > EVC Settings.

  5. Select from the following:

    • Exercise Right To Restrict: Stop sending information about this employee to EVC.
    • Exercise Right To Delete: Request EVC to delete all data about this employee.

    • Send a Subject Access Request: Send a SAR for this employee to EVC.

  6. Select Save Changes.

If you choose to opt out an employer, the data is deleted from the platform and the online verification cannot be used.

If an employer chooses to opt a company from Experian and Equifax, during an application process the employee is required to provide their data to the financial service provider using other methods.
