Upgrade to Staffology Payroll from IRIS Payroll products

This page contains important information for users upgrading from IRIS Payroll to Staffology Payroll.

Company directors upgraded part way through the year.

The director will receive the full allowance again unless a setting is changed in Staffology Payroll. This must be done before the first payroll.

After the upgrade and before running the first payroll.

  1. Open Staffology Payroll.

  2. Open the required company.

  3. Go to Employees.

  4. Select the required employee.

  5. Select More > Opening Balances.

  6. Go to the end of the page and select Edit NIC Table Summaries.

  7. Select the current NI Table letter.

    Select the current NI Table letter.

  8. Select Director Employee was a Director at the time this NI was paid.

    Select Director Employee was a Director at the time this NI was paid.

  9. Select Update then Save Changes.
