Step 17: Create pension file

View the contributions made to each of your schemes.

  1. Open the required company.

  2. Go to Reports.

  3. Select Pensions & AE.

    Select Pensions & AE.

  4. Select Pension Contributions.

    Select Pension Contributions.

  5. Select the required Tax Year and Month.

  6. Select the Pension Scheme.

    Select the required Tax Year and Month and scheme

  7. Select Preview.

    Select Preview.

  8. Select Download as.. (If required)

    • Download as PDF.

    • Download as CSV.

    • Download as PAPDIS XML

AVC's are included in the regular contributions. If the employee makes a one off AVC contribution, this has to be moved manually on the report.
