How we manage the Ideas Portal

The Ideas Portal is the best place to share feedback, suggest features, and vote on ideas that matter most to you. It helps us understand what’s important to our users, and gives us a space to be open about what we’re working on — and what we’re not.

Here’s how we manage ideas, what the different statuses mean, and how your input feeds into our roadmap.

How we review new ideas

We regularly check in on the Ideas Portal to see what’s trending and where votes are building. That helps us spot themes, highlight popular requests, and shape what we work on next.

We don’t review every idea straight away, but we do make time to review the top 10% of most voted ideas on a rolling basis. When we do, they’ll move into one of these categories:

• Future Consideration: We like the idea, but it’s not planned (yet).

• Planned: It’s going on our roadmap.

• Will Not Implement: We’ve reviewed the idea but decided not to go ahead.

Ideas Portal statuses

Status	What it means
New	We’ve received your idea — thank you! We regularly review the most voted and trending ideas to help guide our roadmap. While we can’t respond to every suggestion right away, we keep a close eye on what’s getting attention. Your feedback plays a big part in shaping what we build next.
Future Consideration	We’ve reviewed this idea and agree it’s a good one — it’s not something we’re planning right now, but it’s firmly on our radar. We’ll keep tracking interest and revisit it as we continue shaping the roadmap. Thanks for helping us make the product better!
Planned	We’re planning to build this feature — it’s now on our roadmap. We’ll share a target release date where we can, though this might change as we continue to prioritise and plan our work.
In Progress	We’re working on this feature right now. Thanks for hanging in there — we’ll keep you posted as we get closer to launching it.
Shipped	This feature is live and ready for you to use! Thanks for your input — your ideas help make our product better every day.
Already Exists	Great news — this feature is already available in the product! When we mark an idea as Already Exists, we’ll add a comment to show you where to find it. If you’re not seeing it or need help using it, just let us know — we’re happy to help.
Will Not Implement	After careful consideration, we won’t be moving forward with this idea. We always review ideas thoroughly and make these decisions based on things like feasibility, alignment with our roadmap, and overall impact. Thanks for sharing your thoughts — your input helps us focus on what matters most.
Expired	This idea is over a year old and didn’t get enough votes (5 or fewer), so we’ve closed it to keep things fresh. If it’s still something you’d love to see, go ahead and submit it again with any new details — we’re always happy to take another look.
