Need to change ownership but the user is no longer with the business

If you need to change ownership but the user who is the owner, however the user is not available:

For security and record keeping, some information is required before we will complete this request.

You will need to provide the following on a signed letter, on letter headed paper from a senior member of the business.

  • Name of the senior member of the business.

  • The name of the person making the request.

  • Position.

  • It should be signed (not a typed signature).

  • It should contain "I am requesting a change of ownership to another user".

  • Contact details.

  • Old user.

  • New user.

This should be scanned or a clear photo should be taken and sent to the support team.

If the letter is not legible or does not contain the required information it will be rejected.
