Report templates

  1. Open the required company.

  2. Go to the company name and select Settings.

  3. Select Report Templates.

  4. Select Add a Report Template or Add Template.

    Select a template to edit it.

  5. Enter a Template Name and Description.

  6. Select Create Template.

  7. Select the template.

  8. Select +Add Column.

  9. Enter the required information:

    • Position: This is populated automatically and cant be changed.

    • Header: The title / header for the column.

    • Type:

      Content: The content is dependant on the type selected. Read more about report template fields.

    Select the trash icon to delete a column.

  10. Select Create.

  11. Add any additional columns as required.

    Select a column to edit it.

  12. Select Update.

Tenant administrators

Tenant administrators can control user access to report templates.

  1. Go to the required tenant.

  2. Select Users.

  3. Go to the required user.

  4. Change Can Use Report Writer to Yes.
