Pay spines (Employer): Holiday entitlement

Before you begin, Use Holiday Entitlement is activated on each pay spine.

  1. Open the required company.

  2. Go to your company name > Settings.

  3. Select Pay Spines.

  4. Select the pay spline.

    Need to create a pay spline? Select +Add a Pay Spine.

    Need to edit a pay grade? Select the pay grade you wish to edit.

  5. Select Information and enable Use Holiday Entitlement.

  6. Go to Update Pay Spine and select CONFIRM.

    Select Use Holiday Entitlement

    This is only done once.

  7. Go to Holiday Entitlement.

  8. Select the required holiday entitlement.

    Need to create a holiday entitlement? Select +Add Holiday Entitlement.

  9. Go to Effective Date and enter the date required.

    Select Add Holiday Entitlement and enter an Effective Date.

  10. Select Create.

  11. Enter the required Base Holiday in Days.

  12. Go to Entitlement Basis and select from:

  • Role Start Date

  • Employment Start Date

  • Continuous Start Date

  • Aggregated Start Date

  1. Select Update Holiday Entitlement.

Good to know...

  • To create a new holiday entitlement with a different effective from date go to + Create New Date.

  • To add a new holiday entitlement band go to + Add New Entitlement.
