Update Disciplinary form list items

To add more items to the lists shown on the Disciplinary form:

  1. Sign in to Staffology HR.

  2. Go to System Tools > Lookup Tables > Disciplinary.

  3. Select a list name.

  4. A screen displays showing the current list items.

  5. Enter the name of the list item you want to add.

  6. Select Add.

  7. The list updates and the new item shows as active.

    Activate or deactivate a list item

  8. Select the tick checkbox to activate or deactivate an item.

    Remove a list item

  9. Select the bin icon to permanently remove an item from the list.

    Last steps

  10. After adding all new list item, select Close.

  11. The Disciplinary form updates with the new list items you added.
