Business packs are suites of standard forms and checklists, designed to help your organisation complete HR processes effectively and in line with best practice.
The business pack forms cover your key regular HR processes and enable you to create detailed employee records quickly and easily.
The SME Business pack contains the following forms:

Return to Work – Sickness

Formal Grievance

Disciplinary

Exit Interview
With the Forms module, you can:

Edit business pack forms: You should copy a form and edit the copy to make sure you can always access the original.

Delete business pack forms: Any forms you delete remove from employee records.

Create your own forms to use alongside business pack forms.

Print business pack forms: If you have the PDF Form Output checkbox enabled in System Configuration.
