Signing into Staffology HR after the transition to IRIS Identity

As part of our transition to IRIS Identity, the sign-in process for Staffology HR has changed slightly if you use a username and password to access your account.

From 8th July 2025, you must verify the email address linked to your account the first time you sign in. This update does not apply to SSO users.

Do you already sign into another IRIS account, such as Staffology Payroll? If so, follow the instructions on the Existing IRIS Identity Account.

Signing into Staffology HR for the first time

  1. Go to the Staffology HR sign-in page.

  2. Enter your Username, then select Next.

The Username field on the sign-in page.

    Verifying your account

Because this is your first time signing into your account after the transition, you must complete a verification step.

  3. When prompted, choose Email > Set up.

  4. We recommend choosing Email for the easiest setup. You can change this later in your IRIS Identity account.

Check your inbox for the verification code. You can either:

    • select Verify Email Address in the email to open a new sign-in window

      or

    • copy the code from the email and paste it into the sign-in window

The screen to enter a verification code when setting up IRIS Identity.

    Security settings (optional)

  5. After verifying your account, the next screen asks you to configure up to three optional security settings.

    • If you selected Verify Email Address in the email:

A screen appears with additional security options (such as multifactor authentication).

    • If you copied and pasted the code:

A similar screen appears with the same optional settings.

Security options when you copy and paste the code.

Choose Continue or Finish to proceed. These settings are optional — skip them for now and set them up later in your IRIS Identity account if needed.

    Stay signed in

  6. The next screen shows the Stay signed in option. This setting keeps you signed in across tabs and browser sessions, reducing how often you need to sign in.
