Reset your username and/or password

As an admin or employee, you can change your own username/password:

  1. On your login screen, select Forgotten username or Forgotten password.

  2. Follow the instructions shown on screen to reset your credentials.

    Admins and managers cannot change employees' sign-in details but can send a username/password reset email to allow employees to update their own details.

IRIS Identity

Signing into the system changed in May 2023 for all users. To Sign in to the system, all users must now enter an email address.

This change follows our move to Okta, our Identity Management solution, is a mandatory requirement, and affects all users who currently do not use an email address to Sign in to the system.

Updating your username

If you do not have a work email:

You must speak to your admin if you do not have a work email, but if necessary, you can use your personal one.

If you do not have access to the email linked to your account:

Contact your admin for a unique email or use your personal one.
