Send a Username/ Password Reset Email to an Employee
Admins and managers cannot change employees' sign-in details but can send a username/password reset email to allow employees to update their own details.
To send a current user a Forgotten Username Email and/or Send Forgotten Password Email:

Go to the employee's Personal tab, select Actions > Forgotten Username Email and/or Send Forgotten Password Email.
