Remove SSO for a User

To remove the link between your external provider and a user or users:

  1. Go to System Tools > Utilities > Company > Username & Password Management.

  2. Select Actions > Employee Selector.

  3. To remove SSO from the employee(s), select their name from the Employee Selector.

    Choose individuals or whole groups at a time.

  4. Close the Employee Selector, the selected employees appear in a list under the Configure Single Sign On heading.

  5. Delete the External ID for each employee and select Save.

    Leavers cannot Sign in to Staffology HR after their termination date.
