Working with Single Sign On (SSO)
Following our transition to IRIS Identity, our identity management solution, on 8 July 2025, all companies that were using SSO before the change must now federate their directories.
Refer to the IRIS Identity Help Centre for guidance on federating your directory with either Open ID Connect or Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML).
