Automated Event Notification (AEN) overview

The Automated Event Notification (AEN) feature enables admins to create system-wide notification emails based on a date field.

  • You may use an AEN to remind employees to book any remaining holiday before the end of the current holiday year.

  • After creating an AEN, the system sends an email to recipients on the dynamic date set up. You can also include a document in the notification if required too.

  • AENs are one-offs. There are no follow-up reminders. You also cannot report on outstanding or completed statuses.
