Assign an FTE Scheme to an employee
After creating your FTE schemes, you can start assigning these to employees. There are many ways to do this:

New Starter Form – when adding a new employee to the system, the field includes on the form.

Contract tab – a field on the Contract tab which allows you to assign a scheme to an employee individually.

Bulk Assign Schemes – using the Employee Selector functionality, you can bulk assign a scheme to multiple employees at once. Go to:

Home > Directories > Actions > Employee Selector.

Use the filter to set your group of employees and choose Select All > Close.

With your group of employees selected, use the Lookup Replacement to assign the scheme:

Go to System Tools > Utilities > Tools > Lookup Replacement.

Choose Contract – FTE Scheme from the Field list.

If adding the scheme for the first time , leave the From list blank.

Select the scheme you want to assign from the To list.

Select this to include any future starters or leavers.

Choose Save.
