Hiding benefits or showing pay elements

Benefits

When creating a new benefit, to prevent it showing in Rewards, select the Exclude Reward Statement checkbox before saving.

Pay elements

Basic Salary/Rate automatically appears in Rewards regardless of the configuration, but other Pay elements do not.

Enter dates in Reward Statement From and Reward Statement To to ensure the pay elements display. By doing this, you can specify the date period this Pay Element should appear (you can add a long date period if it is an ongoing Pay Element).
