Set up other benefits

You can add additional benefits under the heading of Other by adding the provider’s name in the Lookup field.

To add the provider's name under Other, go to System Tools > Lookup Tables > Benefits > Other Provider.

Salary Sacrifice

We support salary sacrifice for Cycle to Work, Childcare Vouchers and Pensions.

Childcare and Cycle to Work

To include these in salary sacrifice, go to System Tools > Lookup Tables > Benefits > Other Provider > Create New.

You must add Childcare as a one word, not Childcare scheme etc. The same applies to Cycle to Work, not Cycle to Work scheme etc.

To add any of these to an employee's Benefits tab, go to Directories, select Edit on the required employee, choose Benefits and from the dropdown, select Other > Create New.

On the form that opens when selecting Create New, there is a Provider option which gives you a shortcut to Lookups:

All entries you create pull through into the Reward Statement, unless you select the Exclude Reward Statement checkbox.
