Create a Rota
You must have Admin access to create rotas.
There are two view options available when creating a rota, Days View (the default) and Hours View.
Access the Rota module
Activate the Rota module in System Tools > Utilities > Tools > System Configuration > Rota.
After activating the module, from Home, select Rota. To change the view from the default Days View, choose Actions > Hours View.
Rota screen in Days View
In Days View, the Rota screen consists of the following sections:

Left-hand pane: rota calendar. The width of this pane depends on the number of stores you are viewing.

Employee pane (moveable): a list of employees assigned to the selected region(s) and store(s), under their base store name.
Stores which are not a base for any employee do not display. The list shows employees’ availability for work in the selected week, including indicators for holidays and sickness.
A red cross icon displays for employees unavailable for work. The letter (R) displays beside employees who are rovers. If the list is long, use the page navigator arrows to navigate to other list pages.

Right-hand pane: regions and stores list, including filters, date navigators and the email icon used to publish rotas.
Rota screen in Hours View
In Hours View, the Rota screen includes:

Rota calendar for one store, for one week.

Employee pane (moveable): a list of employees based at the selected store. The list shows employees’ availability for work in the selected week, including indicators for holidays and sickness.
