Recruitment portal: agencies

Agents can use the Recruit URL to access your vacancies and add candidates using the New Candidate option.

Each agency must have a unique media source to ensure they only see and action their own candidates. Agencies only see the vacancies you give them access to via their user role and where clause settings. We have summarised agency access in this table:

Documents
  • Add candidates by selecting New Candidate on the Candidates tab for the appropriate vacancy. They can also add details on behalf of their candidates (generates a notification email to the recruitment manager).
  • View all documents relating to vacancies assigned to them.
Other Add further information.
Notes Add notes.
Screening View and answer the screening questions on behalf of their candidates. Agents must select Create New and select an option from a list or type their answers.
Action
View actions which apply to their candidates (read-only access).
Candidate Directory View candidates assigned to their unique media source code/name only.
Candidate information (bottom pane)
General View information (read-only access).
Documents
Add documents to their candidates’ applications (generates a notification email to the recruitment manager).
New Candidate See and apply actions to their own candidates only.
