Unlock your HR account

If you enter the wrong password ten times, your account locks. This is for security reasons.

To unlock your account:

  1. Go to the Staffology HR sign-in screen.

  2. Enter your Username. This is your email address.

  1. Choose Select next to your preferred verification method. This example uses email.

  2. Select Send me an email.

  3. Check your email for a verification link/code. You can select the link or enter the code.

  4. This example explain how to unlock your account by adding a code.

    The code expires after 30 minutes.

  5. Return to Staffology HR and select the Enter a verification code instead option.

  6. Enter the code from the email and select Verify.

  7. Enter your new password.

    Passwords must be at least 12 characters.

  8. Select Reset Password.

    Resetting your password updates your sign-in details for Staffology Payroll and other IRIS products that use IRIS Identity.

If you have not received your password reset email:

  • While the email is usually received within a minute or two, it may be in a queue. Wait 10-15 minutes.

  • Check your spam or junk folders. It may have been incorrectly flagged.

    Some organisations hold potential spam email for manual review. You may need to release it into your inbox or approve.

  • If you still have not received the reset email, contact your admin.
