Syncing of data between the systems

All employee, payroll, and absence When an employee or worker is absent from work. This can be for a variety of reasons. data now syncs to Staffology Payroll instantly, so updates appear in real time.

Tax codes

Tax codes in Staffology HR's Payroll tab do not sync to the Employees > Pay Options > Tax and NI > Tax Code field in Staffology Payroll during the initial integration. This data syncs from Payroll to your HR system after completion of the initial sync.

All open-ended absences When an employee or worker is absent from work. This can be for a variety of reasons. you create in HR sync to Staffology Payroll.

Creating an open-ended absence in HR updates the Date To field. This field updates every night and only stops updating if you deselect the Open-Absence field.
