Getting started as a bureau: send a system request

Your system admin must activate the Bureau User option in your Set Rights Set Rights are the system permissions you allocate to employees to control the information available to a user about other employees. to allow you to sign in to Staffology HR as a bureau user.

Each Bureau must send a request themselves to the client in order to access the client's HR system.

As a bureau user, you can access your clients' HR data after adding their company to your dashboard. You can request read-only or full access to your client's HR system and data.

Add a client

Before you can view a client's HR system, you must send them a request.

  1. Sign in to your HR system as usual.

    The Bureau Dashboard opens.

  2. Select Add Client.

    A pop-up displays.

  3. Enter the client's email address.

  4. Choose the access you want:

    • Read-only access

    • Full access

  5. Select Send Request.

    • The client receives an email stating that you have requested either read-only or full access to their HR system and data

    • If the client accepts your request, their company information shows in your dashboard

  6. Select their company name to open the homepage of their HR system.

Access your HR System

To return to your HR system, select Company Name > My Home in the top-right corner of the navigation bar.
