Cancel or re-request a pending absence

Using the Staffology HR mobile app, you can manage pending absences When an employee or worker is absent from work. This can be for a variety of reasons., such as cancelling an absence When an employee or worker is absent from work. This can be for a variety of reasons. or sending a re-request.

View your pending absences

  1. Open the Staffology HR mobile app.

  2. On your Home screen, tap on Holiday and Absence.

    • Alternatively, navigate to More > Absence to view pending absences.

  3. Your upcoming absences display, including any awaiting approval.

  4. Choose what you want to do:

    • Send a re-request: on the tile which you want to send a re-request for, tap on the re-request arrow. This arrow only displays for pending absences. Confirm you want to send the re-request.

      • If required, before sending a re-request, tap anywhere on the tile to view the absence details.

    • Cancel a request: select the cross to cancel the pending absence. To review the absence before cancelling, tap elsewhere on the tile.
